This web page provides access to various fireside chats fom the Utah Geriatric Education Consortium on various topics such as Alzheimer's disease and related dementias, age-friendly health systems, dementia-friendly communities, interventions to reduce social isolation for people with dementia and their caregivers, tips for optimizing vision, simple exercises to do at home, and promoting resilience through mindfulness. These chats are open to the community and are designed to offer both in-person and remote access to the presentations using audio web-based technology. Each fireside chat includes downloadable slides that help the listener follow along with the presentation.
