This segment (4:43 minutes) of the UCLA Alzheimer's and Dementia Care Video series discusses aggressive language and behavior that may occur when caring for an older adult. It provides a scenario depicting what this may look like when a caregiver encounters an aggressive language and behavior situation. It also discusses common caregiver responses along with an expert explanation of why this happens, and how to change the caregiver's response to this situation.
