York WRI 2016 Interprofessional Conference Experience - Innovations in Interprofessional Collaboration: Individual, Community, and Global Engagement
Overview: The purpose of this conference is to accentuate how a holistic environment promotes true partnerships and advances interprofessional education, practice, research and theory inclusive of diverse settings and populations across the lifespan.
Objectives:
At the end of this conference, participants will be able to:
