- The terms of this Submission Policy do not apply to external weblinks submitted for inclusion in the Resource Center.
- In connection with submitting my work for inclusion in the Resource Center, I represent to you that:
- The work is my original work and I am the sole creator unless I have otherwise informed you in writing;
- I hold the copyright in the work, individually or jointly with others, and I have the right, without needing to obtain another’s permission, to submit the work to you and to grant you license rights;
- I have obtained all necessary permissions to include in the work material authored by another person, if any, and I have completely and accurately credited and attributed any such material in the work; and
- To my knowledge, the work does not infringe the rights of another, including, for example, copyright infringement, defamation, slander, libel, right of publicity, or invasion of privacy.
I agree to indemnify you and your employees, agents and contractors from and against all suits, claims, demands, liabilities and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, you or they incur due to a breach of any of these representations.
- I hereby grant to you a non-exclusive, world-wide, fully paid-up, irrevocable, assignable, sublicensable license (i) to store, reproduce, distribute and publicly display the work, in whole or in part, for non-commercial information sharing purposes and (ii) to make derivatives of the work for the limited purpose of migrating or otherwise transferring the work to another medium or format. I retain ownership of the copyright in the work.
