This paper was originally published in the Proceedings of the Fourth Annual Interdisciplinary Health Team Care Conference, which took place September 19-21, 1984 at the University of Connecticut.  It is reproduced here with the permission of the authors.

The final session of the Fourth Annual Interprofessional Health Team Care Conference was dedicated to a review and summation of the various Conference topics and activities. Three of the Conference participants (DeWitt C. Baldwin, Daniel A. Clark, and Polly Fitz) were asked to cover, among them, all of the Conference sessions and to present their observations at the final meeting. These observations are presented here.
