Brandt, Executive Director of the Peter Lamy Center Drug Therapy and Aging at the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy, discusses updates regarding medication safety in older adults. Dr. Brandt provides an overview of medication safety initiatives as well as tools to assist with deprescribing. Finally she discusses recent medicatoin safety and literature updates.
