By the end of this webinar, learners should be able to: (1) describe the components of geriatric assessment; (2) perform an assessment of cognitive function such as the "Mini-Cog"; (3) explain a test of mobility and function, such as the "Up & Go."; and (4) apply geriatric assessment tools to identify patients who would benefit from additional evaluation.
