Chapters address issues and concenrs providing relevant details regarding belief,s traditions, and customs that would apply to clinical encounters with an older adult from 15 diverse ethnic backgrounds. The guide also includes topics relevant to intercultural care, including health literacy, approaches to clinican education, and the interface between spirituality and health decision-making.
