Resource Center

The Dementia Resource Team is part of the patient-centered care pillar under Dartmouth Health's Geriatric Center of Excellence (GCOE). The GCOE is committed to delivering world-class, person-centered care to older adults across northern New England and creating an age-friendly health system. The Dementia Resource Team offers a suite of free programs and services offered in-person and virtually. This webite included contact information, a calendar of events, links to resources, and videos, workshops. Topics include the role of a health care agent, exploring grief for the dementia carepartner, and the stages of dementia and Alzheimer’s dementia.
