ADvancing States represents the nation’s 56 state and territorial agencies on aging and disabilities and long-term services and supports directors. Designed to help strengthen participants' knowledge of the aging and disability networks, the ADvancing States iQ Online Learning Center's online courses provide overviews and analyses of systems and services that impact older adults, people with disabilities, and their caregivers. Access to resouces on this website requires creation of an account.

This resource category includes courses and webinars that provide training and materials for professionals who assist individuals in accessing information, services, and benefits. These courses and webinars are particularly relevant to Information & Referral/Assistance specialists and other professionals who directly serve individuals. Topics addressed include frontline competencies, mental health, cultural and disability competency, benefits access, and resources for serving clients with diverse needs.
