This lecture (26:42 minutes) sponsored by the South Florida Geriatric Workforce Enhancement Program at Nova Southeastern University is presented by Dayne DuVall, a nationally-certified Alzheimer's educator. He discusses successful tips for people working in senior living and home health to assist their residents and clients conduct telehealth appointments. By the end of this lecture, learners should be able to: (1) learn what doctors can accomplish during telehealth visits; (2) learn how to prepare for appointment; and (3) learn the step by step instructions on how to video chat with doctors office.
