Nexus Summit 2020: COVID-19 Update
Going Virtual: Nexus Summit 2020 in August
Keep Sending Your Abstracts until May 15, 2020
The Nexus Summit is more than a meeting – it’s a place of action and learning, a community of like-minded individuals, and an essential resource for real-time skill building in interprofessional practice and education. In this unprecedented time, the National Center, in consultation with our advisors, will move the Nexus Summit 2020 entirely online in August 2020, with content delivered throughout the month.
We are hearing from you that peer review is important. Therefore, we extending our Call for Abstracts deadline until May 15, 2020 to allow more time in this fast-moving environment. Abstracts will go through the same rigorous peer review process for the Nexus Summit online.
We know you’re looking for flexible learning options. We’re responding by offering synchronous and asynchronous content delivery so you can learn and connect close to home. Registrants will have access to all live and recorded sessions in August 2020.
Your resources need to work hard for you. That’s why we’re providing a new, virtual registration rate and special discounts for student/learners and AIHC members. We’re also accepting registrations right up until we go live in August. Learn more about AIHC membership here.
Save the date for the Nexus Summit 2021, when we plan to gather in person once again in Minneapolis: August 16-19, 2021.
Share your thoughts. Contact us with any questions, concerns, or special requests.
Be well. Take care of yourself and others. We are in this together.
Thank you,
The National Center team
