Conferences & Events

The conference has been developed by and for the interprofessional health care team to promote collaborative practice in health care delivery by providing a broad range of topics for a variety of learners. The conference is designed for health care professionals who are interested in learning best practices for optimal patient/benefit management in the areas of: organ and blood/marrow transplantation; health and wellness; comorbid diseases; complex-medical-condition support; case management; and utilization management.
