All Together Better Health VIII
Overview: The 2016 All Together Better Health Conference will bring together providers, health system executives, educators, policy makers and healthcare industry leaders to advance interprofessionalism locally, regionally and worldwide. This conference will provide an opportunity for participants to discuss ideas and devise and test strategies to mobilize concerted action to improve health and wellbeing for individuals, families and communities across the world. The theme of this year’s conference is values based and interprofessional practice.
