You are invited to be a part of an incredible opportunity to bring together health industry and academic partners to discuss translational skills and any corresponding gaps between Interprofessional Education (IPE) and Interprofessional Collaborative Practice (IPCP).
The Association of Schools of Allied Health Professions (ASAHP) is partnering with Kindred Healthcare, LLC, and Saint Louis University to co-host the 2019 ASAHP Summit: "Collaborative Stakeholder Forum Connecting Academic Programs and Clinical Practice Together to Inform System Improvement".
The ASAHP Clinical Education Task Force has developed a paper, "Clinical Education in Transition: Recommendations and Strategies from the Clinical Education Task Force of the Association of Schools of Allied Health Professions," that provides 5 recommendations to improve the effectiveness of clinical education and the partnerships among academic institutions and health care providers.
