How have academic institutions and practice facilitites started the process (resources, partnerships and alliances, conversations, technology, etc) of launching IPE within the academy or collaborative team-based patient-centered practice in a clinical facility? Are there proven initial steps that enhance the likelihood of successful implementation down the road?
