I am an evaluator with more than 27 years of experience in program evaluation. For most of my career, my work and interests have been focused on housing, education and work with vulnerable populations. Over the past several years, I have been involved in the evaluation of public health and medical education programs including Colorado's State Opioid Response Program, and a medical education program in Zimbabwe.
I am also a native Spanish speaker and have worked with monolingual Spanish speakers from a number of different countries. I routinely translate instruments from English to Spanish and conduct focus groups and interviews in Spanish. I also coordinated and worked as a translator for the U.S.-Nicaragua Housing Policy Leadership Forum.
