We are a team that is committed developing preceptors for IPECP...they are the nexus of both the education and practice worlds. 

Preceptors need to be empowered to create interprofessional learning IN practice opportunties for students and residents in their practice setting. 

Our vision for interprofessional learning IN practice:

1.  Preceptors and staff ROLE MODEL interprofessional collaboration daily.

2.  Preceptors create INTENTIONAL and EXPLICIT interprofessional learning in practice opportunities.

3.  Preceptors recoginize that interprofessional learners are VALUE-ADDED to the patients and practice setting.
