I am an educational psychologist with a background in curriculum development, learner assessment, program evaluation, and education research. For 15 years I worked with academic physicians at the University of Minnesota -- most recently as Director of Education Research and Development for the Department of Surgery.  For nine years I ran my own consulting company, evaluating education, health and human service programs funded by government agencies, foundations, and non-profit organizations.
