This activity has been planned and implemented by Schools of Nursing, Medicine and Pharmacy, University of Washington and the National Center for Interprofessional Practice and Education. The National Center for Interprofessional Practice and Education is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
Participation in the entire activity is required to earn 26.25 continuing education credits for nurses, physicians or pharmacists.
