The National Academies of Practice Annual Forum

This year’s forum will discuss interprofessional approaches to engaging the patient and family in patient-centered care. The forum will feature a variety of plenary sessions and breakouts to examine the implications of patient and family engagement for practice, policy, education and scholarship.
