Hello All,

My name is Naadii Salaam and I work at the Unviersity of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and am working on a project that is taking a look at IPE within our institution and we'd like to get some info about how IPE programs were set up or currently functioning at other institutions.  We've designed a brief 11-question survey that will help us get a jump start on the project and would love it if some of the folks on this list could participate (survey completion should take no more than 10 minutes).  Here is the link to the survey https://unc.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_3Kr7c38MGAKL3Nz and we'd love an opportunity to conduct a brief phone call with any respondents, to ask additional questions, if needed, generated by your response to the survey.
