I am looking for information or resources on hospital based  inter professional education offices that focus on  educating staff on collaborative issues  such as culture of safety, bedside rounds , or quality improvement topics . What do other institutions do to address these areas where multi professionals need to work together to improve practice and patient care delivery? Do you have a centralized office that brings professionals from different disciplines together or is it  all  ad hoc committees?
