I have run workshops with facilitate health professionals exploring values and language (recently with Sue Fergy in London) - values can be personal, professional and organisational. Discussing how these impact on practice and interprofessional collaboration can be stimulating and challenging. Organisational values are part of the hidden curriculum if not explicit and shared. Language often reveals the hierarchical (real or perceived) nature of an organisation/working environment.
