SBIRT+
This course from the Iowa Geriatric Education Center covers Screening, Brief Intervention and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT). The primary goal of SBIRT is to identify and effectively intervene with those who are at moderate or high risk for psychosocial or health care problems related to their substance use. SBIRT Plus (+) addresses the special needs and characteristics of older adults. In addition, it helps improve the understanding of alcohol and drug use later in life.

Evidence of validity for the Norwegian version of the interprofessional collaborative competency attainment survey (ICCAS)
This was a validation study of the Norwegian version of The Interprofessional Collaborative Competency
Attainment Survey (ICCAS). ICCAS consists of 20 retrospective pre- and post-questions, where respondents
rate their agreement with regard to self-assessed competencies after participating in interprofessional
education courses. It has been validated across various settings. The questionnaire was translated

Caregiver Health Assessment Online
This link from AGS's Health in Aging Foundation provides a Caregiver Self-Assessment Questionnaire iwhich s designed to help caregivers understand and maintain their well-being while caring for their loved ones. The assessment includes a series of yes or no questions as well as rating one's stress on a scale from 1-10. At the end of the assessment, the caregiver is given a score and description of things that may help them maintain or improve their well-being as a caregiver.
Adult Delirium Measurement Info Cards
