on the current interprofessional literature. This lexicon serves as the
starting point in developing global consensus on a set of definitions and
descriptions related to interprofessional education, learning, practice, and
care.

HSC Health: High-Risk Medications
This learning module addresses the characteristics of medications that are high-risk and how to mitigate those risks for older adult patients. By the end of this modules, learners should be able to: (1) review the characteristics of a 'high-risk' medication; (2) list medication groups considered high-risk for the older adult; (3) apply age-friendly framework to patient-centered prescribing and deprescribing; and (4) review the Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) measure for high-risk medication in the elderly.
