2021 Nexus Innovation Challenge - Registration

Application Process

Teams will be asked to submit a brief application highlighting the team’s setting and concept for the challenge idea to be addressed. Each team will identify a primary contact to receive all team communication. Elements of a successful challenge idea should be something that can be implemented within about a six-month timeframe and includes:

  1. Interprofessional collaboration among health professionals and/or other key stakeholders or sectors;
  2. Specific goal to address diversity, disparities, equity and racism;
  3. Intentional engagement of patients, families, caregivers, communities, populations; and
  4. Support of leaders within the organization committed to working toward galvanizing systemic change.

Team-Based Registration and Pricing

The team-based registration provides access to the experience for a team of up to eight members through a single registration fee. No individual registrations will be accepted.

Teams will submit an application with their challenge idea. Applications will be evaluated on a rolling basis and a limited number of teams will be accepted to participate in the Nexus Innovation Challenge.

Invitations to teams will include a link to the registration form. Early application and registration is encouraged. Priority will be given to those that register by December 15, 2020.
